UPDATE: After escalating this to Corporate and the Executive team, I received a call from the Store Leadership (Kathy). She was incredibly professional, offered a sincere apology for the initial experience with the night manager, and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They reissued my funds plus additional credit for the inconvenience. While the initial experience was a 1-star failure, the recovery by Kathy was a 5-star professional response. Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and basic service at Store #0161. After returning a damaged door and receiving store credit, I attempted to purchase a replacement. I'd like to give a shout out to Charles Styles at the Hamilton Miill Home Depot Prodesk. We have been customers of yours for several decades, Charles is very loyal to Home Depot and I can see he enjoys his job, he's very attentive to his customers. I feel that he should be highly recognized for his outstanding performance, he's a tremendous help to me and Color City with orders and addressing any issue that arises. I watch him interact with other customers and he is very helpful and professional. We are grateful to have him at the store, he makes the process very smooth. He's a great asset to Color City and Home Depot.

Wife and I purchased online after we went to our local store to view options. I personally haven’t had a lawn mower in over 30 years, since I’ve only lived in townhomes and only experienced a petrol powered mower. Needless to say we were incredibly excited when we selected the mower and edger. Both items were delivered on time to the front of our garage yesterday, with the normal great automated communication from Homedepot.com. When I got home, I noticed that the lawn mower box was extremely damaged, I hope the mower itself was not affected and glad that there was no wet weather yesterday. I am hesitant to purchase any large, high ticket items in the future to be delivered and will just opt to do a local pick up.
