Store Manager Dulce is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our items are in stock or delivered to job site. When deadlines mean $ we appreciate the team we have at 0564!

Manny, the Assistant GM, won a lifelong customer. I’ll never go back to Lowe’s. I showed up for an item with inventory listed on the HD website and none of the staff could locate it. Anyways, one of them called Manny over and, without even complaining or having to ask, he found the next best item and gave me a discount. Small gesture, but unreal customer service.

This was my delivery experience. Could have been a scam or trap for all I knew. When I came down from my apartment I found a very shifty-looking man who literally said “no speak englee” and handed me my order. He was not in a delivery van, had no identifying uniform, and had driven up in a sketchy and very beaten-up Corolla. Since he could not speak English, he was not capable of calling me from my apartment complex callbox like I told him to. If you are making customers literally take safety risks to pick up delivery orders from sketchy males named “Alfredo,” consider changing your processes. Assuming my delivery came from this store but no store number on my receipt. If you want to ensure that reviews reflect the proper store, start putting store address on delivery receipts. Raymond helped me load mulch, plants gravel, and stone with such willingness and friendliness!! Great customer service!! Most of the time I can’t get help at other locations!! Thank you for hiring a motivated and friendly man!! Lisa the cashier was awesome too!! Great outdoor crew!!
