On 12/29, I had an outstanding evening experience at the Home Depot in Davie, thanks to an incredible team of employees who truly went above and beyond to help me. I want to personally recognize Omar (Manager), along with Kaliyah, Raquel, and Darrell L. I came in needing a Milwaukee 1/2” Impact Driver to work on my wife’s car. Online inventory showed five in stock, but none could be found on the floor or in any of the usual areas. Most places would shrug and send you on your way, but not this team. Omar and his staff immediately jumped in and treated my problem like it mattered. They spent over 30 minutes checking every possible department, stockroom location, inventory system entry, and even areas most customers never see. On 11/30 my husband and I had the most amazing experience at this location. Our sales associate Nataliah was amazing. She gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced in any Home Depot we have ever shopped at. Natalia was just not kind; she was very knowledgeable about all the questions we had about appliances. She took her time to explain every product we were interested in. We were so comfortable purchasing our kitchen appliances from her. She truly knows what premier customer service is. To the management of the Home Depot, I believe that you should hold on to associates like Nataliah she is amazing. Thank you Nataliah for the service you provided to us. Because of your service, I will come back and shop at this location.

My wife and I went into The Home Depot to purchase a washer and dryer and compare pricing on combo sets, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The manager, Yot, and sales associate, Nataliah, truly went above and beyond. They took the time to explain everything in detail while we compared different washer/dryer combos, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood the features and differences. Yot even price-matched a competitive store, which made the decision that much easier. We’re super happy with both the service and what we ended up purchasing. You honestly can’t ask for a better experience it’s hard to find customer service like this these days. Huge thank you to Yot and Nataliah for making this such a smooth and positive purchase!

Walked in to get a grill for my fiancés birthday. Orit was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth and easy purchase. Orit even gave us something as a gift towards my fiancé’s birthday to go with his new grill. Super kind. I will always choose this Home Depot. Walked out with a nice clean already built grill for an affordable price and amazing customer service! 🙂

Honestly, this was the worst experience. The customer service was terrible. I went in to buy supplies and asked the manager on the floor for help. She told someone to assist me, and when that person finally showed up, they literally just walked away without helping. I had to request assistance again. When I finally found what I needed and went to check out, the cashier told me the total was over $300. I told her the price was around $250, so she called her manager to verify it. The employee who helped me earlier saw the price issue, didn’t say a word, and walked off again to “go verify” the item we had just picked out. He even asked me if I wanted the more expensive option, so he clearly saw the price. Overall, the lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating. Do be
