The Home Depot

It has been a month since we had an Anderson glass door installed and unfortunately the top bar was too small and has left a large crack at the top. We were told by Home Depot Dawsonville Ga by a sales associate we can have an installer come out and measure the door for fitment, and the install would go smooth and with any issues it’s on them not me. I wouldn’t suggest buying an Anderson door or dealing with Home Depot. I have reached out multiple times to Tammy Whitsell who has reached out to Anderson with no response from Anderson. I have since been contacted by Home Depot and the part needed to complete this project is on the way. Thank you Tammy Whitsell for your persistence to Andersen to get this resolved. This has always been my favorite HD to shop at. Even a great experience today with buying a new grill. The associates and manager on duty was really helpful with my purchase and went above and beyond to make it an even better one. Thank you team!

Caden was the best! He helped me figure out how to build a baby gate for my son at the top of our stairs. I had no idea where to begin i came in with an idea and thats it. Caden got everything I needed. THANK YOU!

Good luck finding parking if you're towing a trailer. They won't do anything about people parking in the trailer only parking that isn't towing a trailer. The manager laughed at me on the phone and told me "it's a me problem told me to park at walmart and walk over" and hung up on me. Now I'm having to go out of my way to Lowes bc everytime I come here to buy lumber for my farm I can't find parking. I wasn't the only person with a trailer driving around looking for parking.

Steve from the Rental Department is rude and aggressive. I do not recommend working alongside Steve for ANY rentals. I don’t even know how he still has a job with how rude he is to customers! Thanks, Chance Armstrong
