Tragedy struck our house and the oven’s motherboard went out. I was dreading having to go to Home Depot to shell out money for a new one. Working with Royneka Chapin made it all worth the hassle of going into the store vs getting it online. She helped me set up the delivery and made everything seem so smooth. Her personality made this less painful of a process. I appreciated her help tremendously!

I have both a professional account and a regular consumer card here, and I have been a customer for 40 years. I have observed some areas for improvement, particularly regarding the presence of many managers conducting checks, while some fundamental aspects seem to be overlooked. For example, it would be beneficial if every cashier were equipped with a walkie-talkie and aware of product availability, such as pine straw which could be discussed during morning meetings. Additionally, all cashiers should be informed about loader availability, and every loader should possess knowledge of weight distribution. Always a great time going into Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and extremely helpful. It took a bit, but we finally found the heater I wanted. Back to home depot!😎 Found everything I needed and then some. Lol The staff is great! Going to home depot for paint. They had deal where you got a tool and charger and 2 batteries for the price of the charger and batteries and got the tool free. Ask employee to get me the charger and batteries from the cabinet that was locked and they said they were out of them. So the tool I wanted was $40 plus 2 batteries without charger $99 so why couldn't they give me the tool free for buying the batteries when the batteries were same price as with the charger included that they didn't have in stock??
