I have never had a more strange or negative retail experience. I was trying to buy this sander which was clearly marked at $99. The associate that helped me tried to hand me a different sander than the one pictured many times while i insisted I wanted the one pictured. He finally dug it out but said it would be $230. He refused to acknowledge any kind of pricing error. He tried many times to convince me that another sander was the one pictured. As if my eyes don’t clearly work

Went to get some yard supplies and saw this cart haphazardly piled up with almost all perfectly good plants. Shame on you Home Depot.

I normally shop at the store for all of my normal needs for the house and always. We have no issues and good service but for whatever reason this time it was the opposite that I went to the paint department to get some for my bedroom and nobody was there so I asked one of the customer service people if they get paid them and they did and they were very helpful But once the lady came to the counter at the paint department, she looked very unhappy and inconvenience that I had her paged over there to assist me. I had asked her how her day was going, and she just looked at me with a blank star and didn’t respond and then I proceeded to ask her Opinion of which paint I should get on my room and told her I was looking for White. she basically just told me that they had white paint over there on

Bought a dryer 12/28/2020 from them… it never worked right. When I finally called in June or July 2021 to have someone look at it because it was taking 7 hours to dry one load of laundry. The worker they sent out did nothing. Looked at it and said that because I’m in an apartment it’s going to run terribly. Have called them 11 times to try to FINALLY get this fixed because I’m tired of them brushing me under. Gentlemen came out and ordered parts that he was told to and ACTUALLY did stuff for it to work better for 2 loads and now is back to having a low air warning and taking 7 hours to dry ONE load. An employee named Floyd in Plumbing Dept of HD in Denton Tx Loop 288 helped us find a replacement part for our 12 year old Delta kitchen faucet. I told him our water was shut off by my husband due to faucet leak. He searched and eventually found the exact part we needed. My husband went to buy the part. Floyd seemed to be a caring and professional employee and we consider him an asset wherever he goes. Thank you Floyd for your kindness and attention to detail in our urgent moment of not having water due to leak.
