The Home Depot

Noticed today going in customers were asking us if I worked there. I asked one employee near 25 about water arresters in stock showed her Home Depot item at register and she said she didn’t know after it was out of stock if there any others there. I had to ask her to get me help. Customers having to beg for help decrease sales revenue. Home Depot card holder here too and local guide, I spoke to Shannon in the front end when leaving about my experience and other patrons.

Paid over $1000 for a snow blower that was in stock just to get a call 3 hours later that they sold they just sold the last one. Do you not understand the point of a reservation? Hopefully the refund hits quick so I can get a snow blower at a better store, like True Value.

I STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!! Thanks HD for allowing me to load my truck up out in the rain and snow while you block the contractor area. I guess I wont be shopping here anymore!! Such a STUPID idea. Whoever came up w that should be fired.

I'm never going here for my work lumber deliveries ever again.There pro department is a joke. So unorganized and ridiculous. Rescheduled and canceled my lumber order so many times i lost count. Every promise was broken. Their word means nothing. Lost a customer for life.

Worse place ever.Ordered flooring took forever to get it.Wanted to cancel it and get my money back I. But the supervisor Josh took it on his self when the order get canceled and instead of asking me if I wanted to reorder it. He reordered on his own and I got charged again.The original order came to 2800.00 I believe when it was all done I paid 5600.00.And I talked to Amanda store manager some lady amnesty or something like that and none of them cared One of them offered me 300.00 dallors I told her to keep it I guess I'll never see my refund .Every manager I listed promise to call me and straighten things out never heard back mm from anyone .Over a month now
