This Home Depot is clutch when you need materials fast. Good inventory, easy parking, and it’s usually quick to get in and out. I like having the Pro Desk available when I’m running multiple jobs and need to keep things organized. Returns are straightforward and the store stays pretty efficient compared to a lot of big-box locations.

A pitiful excuse for a store. The employees are lacking in knowledge, unhelpful, and couldn’t care less about your project needs. Specialty services are low quality and will never arrive on time. Customer service takes exactly zero ownership for anything, even when there is clear evidence that Home Depot is at fault. I have been waiting 3 months to complete my kitchen and have lost thousands because of Home Depot’s incompetence. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere - Home Depot will swindle you out of yours, screw everything up, and never take responsibility. This place is a joke.

1-Star Review – Poor Customer Service, Zero Ownership I’m writing this review to help Home Depot – East Palo Alto improve their customer service, because my experience was extremely frustrating and poorly handled. It took me almost 3 hours in the store just to place an order for a set of 6 kitchen cabinets. Even after all that time, the process was not smooth. The next day when I came back for pickup, I was told that one cabinet had already been canceled due to no inventory, while the other 5 were still available. I worked with the staff to re-order the missing cabinet for in-store pickup, trusting that this would finally resolve the issue. I initially reached out to Home Depot for a window replacement quote back in May. During the consultation, I made it very clear that maximizing natural light was my top priority. Despite that, the sales rep recommended large casement windows without showing any visuals or even mentioning that the frames for these windows are significantly bulkier and reduce the amount of visible glass. Only when the installers arrived (months later) did I actually see the windows, and I was shocked. The frames were massive and would clearly block much more light than my original windows.
