The Home Depot

Recently, while browsing at your store for an oscillating tool I heard a pleasant friendly voice from behind saying" can I help you with something". As I turned around I was presented with a smiling happy face giving direct eye contact. Her name was Sheena. As I explained what I wanted Sheena was extreamly helpful in finding the available deals on the products and truely went above and beyond. I saw her interact with multiple customers and was amazed. All the yrs I shopped and money spent at Home Depot never had I experienced such caring and devotion. An individual who went above and beyond to help is not the norm at Home Depot. I actually felt good when leaving the store. Sheena's proactive interaction with customers is certainly an asset to Home Depot. My advice duplicate Sheena...reve

Great experience at Home Depot! The employees were super helpful, and I found everything I needed for my project. The store was clean, organized, and the prices were fair. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next home improvement job.

The store manager was extremely unprofessional. She was unwilling to listen and repeatedly threatened to walk away, as though addressing a customer concern was a favor. Home Depot Management—if you are reading this, please consider providing better training to your employees. If this is how a manager behaves, it raises concerns about the overall customer experience with the rest of the staff.

Young gal at CS couldn't be bothered. Asked for 2 things and said they were together, 2 trips back to find. She and another woman kept sending me to the first place. I left.

This place is a joke. You never find anything on clearance only the yellow tags. I got a contract on remodeling a home in east Windsor and needed some plumbing materials and couldn’t find anything on clearance. I was at the store last week Friday and there were no yellow tags and today there were and all the material was gone. Its like they have people they call to come and get the sale. I wouldn’t doubt that the employees have a hustlers group in there. Now I’ll drive all the way to the princeton Home Depot where you can find sales.
