Great store for home improvement. They have everything you need for renovation and tools. The staff is helpful and prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

We stopped to pick up some totes that were on sale. They had many. Reasonably priced also. We bought them to store our extension chords for holiday decor. They are more rigid than the older totes we were using. They will work great! Then as we headed to check out, I remebered the little screwdriver we use for taking the screws out of our Hallmark ornaments, was getting stripped. One of the gentleman helped us find them. Once again, we headed for the register and found little totes on sale. Perfect for my craft room. The Easton home depot is a good spot to shop. I can almost always find someone to help me there too. I haven't had an experience quite like this in a while. I walked in and automatically was asked if I needed something, if I was looking for something. Brad was more than happy to help me out. I found what I was looking for amd I wasnt quite finished amd I asked for more assistance and I was also asked by another employee if I needed help. Each and everyone one of them were so happy to help and they were so happy I was able to walk put with a smile. They bleed customer service and no matter what I will be returning if I ever need anything. Home depot may lean on more expensive but with that type of customer service, I honestly can not go wrong. A great team who are willing to help no matter what!

I have been using this Home Depot for many years now. Strictly out of convenience. It’s alright, but make sure you call back about your refunds. I purchased an item, cancelled the next day, never picked up material, and 7 days later no refund. I call the customer service and they said the store never processed it. No apology or sorry for the delay but of course now I’m waiting up to 10 business days. Not asking for a lot but any courtesy or at the minimum an apology on behalf of the store would’ve been nice.

Can’t go wrong with Home Depot. Wide variety of things you need to fix almost anything. Staff is friendly. They know where things are in the store. They’ll even point you to the deals. Overall a really good store. Not always the lowest price. I use Home Depot more than the other home improvement stores.
