The Home Depot

It was a morning following a snow. My wife decided to venture out early to get a jump on things. Upon entering the very uncleared parking lot, which we get snow removal can be less than fun, she goes to the outdoor garden center where she encounters a pony tailed associate, who after ignoring my wife at the door the first time, the associate just waves off my wife indicating while over exaggerating some type of arm movement that she will not open. My wife the goes inside where she is promptly ignored. Finally a guy asked her if she needs help. Just to be sure my wife asks if indeed they are open. He responds yes. She says great I just want bird seed and explains the girl just waved her arms not to come in. Now the guy says yeah she has it closed for your safety. Well if you cared about

This is the most well stocked, cleanest, and most organized Home Depot I've been to in recent memory. Their displays are stocked full of all the colorful bright tools and accessories. Engaging end caps and their lumber is nicely stocked too. I only came in for a pair of snap ring pliers... if I didn't live so darn far away I'd drive a little extra to shop at this location. Good job by the team here. This store should be an example to the Home Depot's up in north NJ which I don't have the same praise for. Wow what a great store!

I visited this Home Depot with my husband today, 12/20/25, and to my surprise we had an excellent experience. Luis, the associate who kindly lent us his utility knife, was fantastic—very friendly and eager to help. A huge shout‑out also goes to Humdy. He was amazing! Extremely friendly, attentive, and assisted us with a big smile the entire time. You simply cannot get this level of service at Lowe’s—absolutely not! Home Depot should be proud to have an associate like Humdy, someone who truly goes above and beyond for customers. Thank you, Humdy, for everything you did for us. I left feeling genuinely happy to have shopped at Home Depot. Merry Christmas and God Bless

Terrible, awful, deplorable experience! Never again, in this life or the next. I ordered (5) HDX 7 air filters for my HVAC, to be delivered to my work address, and I provided highly specific instructions and/or requests, for the driver to deliver them, inside, with one of the employees at my work... And they're are only 4-5 of us. And these were not packed up in a box or bag, and they were left outside in the pouring rain, on our stairs! I called Home Depot customer service, got someone in India or the Philippines, with no successful results, and finally got someone else at store level, where these came from (Edison, NJ)... and they advised me they were shipped out from that store via door dash, but the door dash delivery driver did not read my notes. No one did anything to rectify or reso

Conveniently located . Just like any other Home Depot - has all good stuff . Nice service ... rental service wasn’t that good though . Parking is ok . Overall a good experience.. returns are easy and very helpful customer service . I like the paint dept and garden center. Nice sale for thanksgiving . Lots of stuff at good prices…
