Janiris was exceptional today. I walked in needing four specific items and wasn’t sure where to start. She was at the computer in the painting section and, before I even had to ask, she took the initiative to see if I needed help. That immediately stood out. When I told her what I was looking for, she responded with incredible energy and a genuine eagerness to assist. There was no hesitation, no confusion, just confidence and positivity. We found all four items quickly, and the entire process was seamless. This was the fastest and most efficient visit I’ve ever had at a Home Depot. Experiences like this absolutely create loyal customers. I truly hope this level of service is the standard across other locations. Thank you again, Janiris.

Went to purchase a new washing machine. I already knew which manufacturer and model I wanted to purchase. I went into the store to see if the model was on the sales floor for review. It was not. As I walked around. I was unable to find anyone working in the appliance section. I went to the remodel desk and asked if there was anyone working in appliance to assist me. Bill said he was working with someone but Nancy will be right with you. I was never assisted and other customers were acknowledged and assisted.

The customer service line is always very long. When I got curbside, I sat on my car for 25 minutes and nobody brought anything out. My husband had to get out and go in. I would not recommend this location if you need help with any customer service or you’re doing a pick up..

Was picking up three online orders there’s a huge area when you first walk into the store to the left plenty of space to store orders yet the customer service people have to call someone else to bring the orders from the back. None of my items were overly large it was a roll of insulation and microwave a hood vent and a inflatable charger. It took 20 minutes to get my orders and continue my job so now all three deliveries are late which I will lose points on my app for it took so long to get help from the customer service people there was four of them walking around and only to doing any work. One of the employees just sat there and stared at me for a few minutes and I asked him what I had to do to get some help they don’t acknowledge you or say I’ll be right with you in just a few minutes

If I could give zero stars I would. I order some tools and two tool chest. I scheduled the delivery on their website. Then I received three different deliveries at three different times. Today I was schedule to get my second tool chest between 3 pm and 7 pm. They showed up around 8 AM this morning while I was preparing for work. Then they drop the box in the middle of my driveway and wouldn't move it when I asked. The driver and help was rude and discourteous. I will never buy another thing from Home Depot. The customer service at the store is bad, the customer service online and on the phone is even worse. I terminated my credit account and refuse to spend money with a company that doesn't value their customers.
