I purchased a GE refrigerator from Home Depot just over a year ago, along with a five-year protection plan. Shortly after the manufacturer’s one-year warranty expired, the refrigerator completely stopped working. The Home Depot protection plan, administered by Allstate, has been ineffective. Despite multiple calls, Allstate reported no technicians were available, even though the plan states service will occur within three days. I was repeatedly told to locate my own technician, pay out of pocket, and then submit receipts for possible reimbursement. Ultimately, I contacted GE directly. Five star rating for the team running the kids workshops! September and Octobers events were smooth, well organized and team members were so friendly and helpful. We’ve done HD kids workshops all over the country and this set up is stellar, paint area is great and has so many colors. Staff are helpful with the workshop, so supportive and encouraging to the kids and quickly let you know where to find what you’re shopping for. Nothing but praise for this team, can’t wait for Novembers workshop!

Never rent a vehicle from them. You have to register emails and numbers, take selfies and scan stuff...its ridiculous. Customers are also responsible for ANY damage, even on wearable items. If a tire blows, its on you. Windshield cracks, its on you. I made a joke asking if the engine blew if I'd be liable, and they confirmed yes, I would be. I changed plans and schedule to rent today and they screwed it all up. I'll never rent from here again, likely not buy anything. Its an absolute joke.

Had an order for flooring online that never got delivered. This store helped me find out what happened, and helped me leave with the better quality flooring instead of the order that was undelivered. The associates were all so kind and understanding. It really was a big mess and I’m very pleased with how they treated me even though my order initially came through “online only”. Beautiful LP flooring and molding.

Employees seem alright a little judgemental, had to wait over 2 hrs for an order that my Boss was notified was ready for pick up, causing a 2hr ot, at job. Then threaten my wife with towing for a waiting at our pickup drop-off spot. Would rather drive 30mins to Lowe's then shop here again
