I had an excellent experience at the The Home Depot thanks to Vernal. He went above and beyond to help me pick out three Kohler toilets for my project. From the moment I asked for help, he was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely professional. Vernal took the time to explain the differences between the models, made sure I was getting the best quality for my needs, and even helped coordinate everything so the purchase went smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about helping customers make the right decision.

Renting a truck here was a nightmare. As were the staff at the service desk. Especially a young girl named Jessica, who shouted at us instead of speaking in a normal tone. When we asked her to speak quieter, she went and told everyone else at the desk how terrible we were. She also spoke over us constantly. That is a terrible way to service your customers. The CLEAR system for renting a truck was not functioning properly. It is the only way you can rent something here, which is absurd. Plenty of people do not have smart phones. It seems discriminatory to those who do not have the funds to afford a smart phone. We asked for a manager, and she just got another customer service person. We then requested the manager on duty. He was a little better, but he also spoke over us and did not list

Home Depot Fairfield has great employees the front end employees especially are very helpful

Despite having 2 shelves listed online and 3 shelves physically in the store, my pick up ordered was cancelled first thing in the morning. Almost as if no one even bothered to check if the shelves were in stock. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund and I sure hope it comes through.. this feels like such a scam.

I usually find what I’m looking for at Home Depot. They have a wide selection of products and plenty of options to choose from, whether it’s tools, hardware, or home improvement supplies. The store is generally well-stocked and organized. My only complaint is the solar panel reps near the entrance who are always trying to get your information — it can be a bit much. Other than that, I’m usually satisfied with my visits and purchases.
