The Home Depot

Best Home Depot ever given the level of expertise of those in the departments. We have ordered a custom Front Door through Bob, and the experience was absolutely AMAZING! He helped us along the journey and helped us so much to ensure it fits perfect and meets our needs. We are doing a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Sandra and Jeff are beyond helpful with the plumbing fixtures. Sandra helps on the design side, and Jeff is a plumber by trade to help with the behind the scenes considerations. Leverage this Home Depot if you are looking for support beyond the simple off the shelf items.

The absolute worst home Depot. I was looking for a cleaner. 4 people told me different aisles to go to. No one would look it up to see where it was. One guy walked with me to a location then walked away without seeing if it was there. He was too busy on the phone to be help properly. Another guy asked my mom if she needed help and she said no and said he does and pointed to me, the guy said oh and walked away to talk to another employee. No one here cares to help anyone. They are too busy doing other things. Go shop anywhere else but here.

Very nice employees. I asked where to find ratchet straps and they led me in the right direction. They didn't have the retractable ratchet straps I was looking for, but I did order them on Amazon and got them to the house within 24-hours.

I visit this Home Depot as an alternative to the one I go to more frequently. This location is usually pretty clean, the staff interactions are good and stock is usually neat on the shelves. The only minor thing is the layout if this store is a bit weird. Not sure if it is an older design, but just different than most others.

Hello readers so I came to this home Depot for a box fan. I just arrive from Florida and I am staying in the Sheraton hotel so I need my fan to go to sleep. And Giovanni went above and beyond to locate a box fan for me. Trying to find a fan in the middle of winter lol and Giovanni came to my rescue thank you so much brother home Depot needs more employees like this guy
