This Home Depot is hands down the best store in Arizona!! Everything person there is very helpful and very friendly! We were there today buying a large amount of lumber and had to come back in for 15 sheets of osb and Jacqueline at the Pro desk not only checked us out, but after not being able to reach the gentleman to help load us, she grabbed another store clerk and loaded us herself!! I mean that is the best customer service you can get!! Matt in tools was very happy to help us find the right battery we needed and both gentlemen in the lumber department jumped in to help us get down the 2x10s we needed. This is the best store and well worth the extra drive to go there! We drive past 3 other lumber stores to come to this store because of the amazing service we get every single time. Keep

Tiffany is a good example of what customer service is all about. I was telling my son we should have wrapped the Select Pine boards we bought so they didn’t bounce around and get messed up on our hour long with dirt road drive home. And coming from her break Tiffany heard us talking and offered a solution. That was more help than I received while shopping inside. She did not have to do that. She wasn’t even clocked back in yet. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

All I gotta say is WOW!! These kids were amazing, Wyatt and Iyanah were their names. Especially Iyanah! I had kind of a major issue with an order that was to be delivered to me and ended up not making it to me. As soon as i called the store, she was the one I spoke to about my problem. She showed genuine concern and empathy for what was going on and instantly started doing everything she could to try to track my stuff down. She kept in touch with me for the next day or so to keep me updated on the situation. Final resolution was that she couldn’t locate my items so she offered to send another shipment out to me next day delivery. I just left this place and I am blown away by the customer service I received in the hardware department today. I'm not the most handy or knowledgeable man when it comes to this stuff but, man, Robert made my visit so easy. He not only educated me and gave me countless pro tips - he did it with a smile and you could tell he really cares. Some of the best customer service I've received in a while. Thank you so much.
