Zero stars if that were an option. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at The Home Depot, 244 US-202 #31, Flemington, NJ 08822, on January 23, 2026 at about 6ish in the morning right when they opened. I came in to buy a snow brush ahead of the upcoming storm. I waited in line while customers ahead of me were helped appropriately. When it became my turn, at least five employees literally dispersed — walking away, avoiding eye contact, and offering no assistance whatsoever. To even get anyone’s attention, I actually had to say out loud, “Am I invisible?” That’s how ignored I was. I stood there genuinely wondering if I had done something wrong. I just called with a request for the appliance team , they happened to be gone for the night , but Mike was so kind and helpful. He took it upon himself to ask if he can help and was able to locate our receipt for the fridge we bought. It’s so appreciated to get great customer service and come across kind people. Big shoutout to Victor in Lawn & Garden (and sometimes Tool Rental)! He’s always so helpful, friendly, and hardworking. You can tell he really cares about customers and takes pride in his job. Home Depot is lucky to have him!

We worked with kitchen designer Robert on a large cabinetry order and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and responsive, and such a pleasure to work with. After visiting several cabinet stores, Robert stood out as the most genuine and informed designer we met. He made the process easy and enjoyable and is truly the reason we chose to order from Home Depot. Highly recommend!
