The Home Depot

Approximately 13 to 14 percent of retail sales end up being returned. For whatever reason, that is the case. A retailer can be measured on the process. I accidentally bought some items yesterday that were not needed. The return process was met in a very friendly manner. Then, I browsed around the store. Great place.

I just went to the Home Depot in flowery branch,Ga. I'm use to every employee avoiding you when you go in to a Home Depot. But this Home Depot was completely different. Every Single employee was friendly and helpful. I'm not sure who the manager is, but thank you. I wanted to make sure to say how refreshing it is to have someone take customer service seriously. Excellent Job! I will go out of my way to make this my shopping place.

Home Depot Flowery Branch is the place to shop. Teyah at customer service goes above and beyond to ensure customers request are met and/or exceeded. She is patient, professional and experienced. The two men in lawn and garden worked as a team to answer all my questions about the lawn equipment I purchased. Can’t say enough about Jason and his staff in garden area. Very understanding and answered all my plant questions. I appreciate the assistance and never felt rushed. I always feel as if I am the only customer. Keep up the good work and apparently some great training from management.

I had an amazing experience at Home Depot today! I was struggling with how to move a huge bucket of paint, and before I even asked for help, an employee named Cristian noticed and came over right away. He kindly offered to help and even carried the paint to my car. His thoughtfulness and initiative truly made my day. Thank you, Cristian — people like you make Home Depot such a wonderful place to shop! I absolutely love Home Depot!

This review is for quann only as far as the store as a team I came in and purchased a lot of material and I noticed a few loss prevention/managers come out and stood thier while I carry all the heavy stuff they treated me like a criminal almost well I spend a lot of money in this store and I felt discriminated by everybody in the store except for one person and the lady who I purchased my straps from and I also injured my shoulder hurt like heck As only one person I put my faith into I would not have got anything on my truck if it wasn’t for him10 stars to quinn thanks buddie
