Even though the process took a great deal of time, he did not seem bothered and never rushed. We spent $1,300 on Milwaukee tools.

Went to the Toms River store to get a key. Terrible customer service. Then I came here and Jamie helped me make a key and was so so helpful. Even the lady at self checkout was so nice when I was leaving. Definitely recommend!

Rented a flat bed truck online. They charged me $150 and took it right out of my bank account. I arrived to pick up truck on my only day off this week so I can pick up materials I also ordered o line at Home Depot over $600 worth. I am told the money they already took out needs to be paid again. I asked for help from a manager and nothing I was told they can only cancel my original reservation and be charged again. But I will have to wait a week for my refund. Seriously???? Why was i made to pay already if I have to pay a second time. Worst service ever

Fast, easy & they always have what I want or can order online. The crew was great in helping us determine how to load the cargo and assured us it would be safe.
