The Home Depot

We recently purchased a home and are doing a full remodel, so we’ve been at Home Depot two to three times per week. Unfortunately, most visits have been frustrating — it’s often difficult to find assistance, and when we do, questions are met with “I’m not sure.” That completely changed when we worked with Andrew. His customer service was truly exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every appliance we asked about and walked us through the details with confidence and clarity. Because of his expertise and guidance, we ended up purchasing a refrigerator, range, microwave, washer/dryer, and dishwasher — all in one visit. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cares. I just wanted to leave a 5 star review for Bill Smith and I think the nice lady’s name was Armani not too sure but they both helped me get blinds for my home I’m renting and cut to size for 8 different window sizes. Amazing customer service and really informative. Thank you Home Depot. I went to Lowe’s and of course there’s nobody willing to help me and the blinds cutting machine is out of service. When I go to Home Depot there’s always soldiers ready to help.

I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot thanks to Joel! He was incredibly kind and courteous, checking in to see if I needed help. I was looking for power cords, and Joel went above and beyond to assist me. It was evident that he truly cares about his customers. On top of that, he's a Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, which makes him even more awesome in my book! Thank you, Joel, for your outstanding service!

I enjoy shopping this one instead of mine in Fort Myers because it’s so much nicer. The manager does an outstanding job keeping this place clean and efficient. Employees are all polite and respectful. Carts available right outside the entrance ready to go. Parking lot swept and clean. Very well stocked and organized. This store should set the example on how to run a store!

I have visited twice within two weeks. Both visits I had the pleasure of working with two associates-Scott in plumbing and Andrew in appliances. Both were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all questions with confidence. I can honestly say I’ve never had such positive interactions in other stores. Our family will continue to visit this location for all our home improvement needs.
