The Home Depot

Ordered a metal shelving unit and they used USPS to deliver. Huge, mistake!!! The day it was supposed to come usps texted and said sorry arriving late, arriving tomorrow. We'll, when I got it I understand why, the box was destroyed on one end so I took pictures to show HD when I returned it, they showed very little concern or remorse. I got my money back and left!!!

Went to Home Depot to purchase some gardening supplies and to my surprise that outdoor entrance was not gonna be opening until March. Some items I was wanting to purchase ( lime pellets and shrubbery) were inside and outside. Customer service was no help. The lime bags had holes in them and would leak throughout the store and the sapling trees were to tall to fit into the entrance after putting them on a cart. Needless to say I went to Lowes and the gates and register at the garden center were open. I'm taking my business where they strive to serve the customers from now on.

If I could zero I would. Paid a ridiculous amount ($270+) for delivery, install, and haul away, and ONLY DELIVERY happened. The delivery guys came, dropped it off today (Friday) said they wouldn't install it and we'd have to wait until Monday (take another day off work) because they need a "special plumber" to come out to do the swap and install and haul away. They had already decided they weren't installing it before they made it through our door. Must be nice to decide when you want to do your job. Do NOT buy major appliances that need installation from Home Depot. Delivery guy said he was going to call a manager, but he jumped in his truck. We called customer service and was told they'd get us a manager and never did.

We’ve gone to this location a couple of times when out that way. We have bought some ceiling fans there to match our Mediterranean style sun room as well as some other rooms. Good location and huge store with LOTS of eateries and different places to check out while in the area!

I drove out to this location to get some last minute winter storm items. One item in particular, I could not find. A gentleman working the evening of 1/23/26 was determined to help me out and didn’t give up till he found it high up on a shelf. Thank you for the taking the time and putting my mind at ease knowing I had the emergency supplies I needed. You don’t see too many people bother these days, and it’s appreciated so much. Update: I actually ended up needing to use the tool this season. The situation would have been much worse without it, thank you!
