I had a great experience at The Home Depot – Freeport, thanks to Blanca. She was extremely responsible, kind, and genuinely helpful. Blanca took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I found exactly what I needed, and did everything with a great attitude and a smile. Her customer service was excellent and really made my visit smooth and pleasant. Thank you, Blanca, for your amazing help!

Clean ,organized store . Best experience with Maggie in helping me with my kitchen and bathroom . Maggie is very knowledgeable in her job a great Home Depot employee ready to assist in all aspects of home renovations ,appliances and other Home Depot products . Maggie made a great impression on my family and I. We will continue to shop in HD for all of our home needs.

The worst Home Depot. The aisles are always blocked with pallets or forklifts, and then when you finally do find your item, the boxes are always all chewed up and it looks like they put damaged returns back on the shelf. There are rarely any employees on the floor to assist you. If you can find an undamaged item and actually buy it, your cart locks as you’re walking out of the store. That happened to me and I was never more humiliated in my entire life. An entire line of people looked at me as my cart locked as I left the store with an item I had purchased. it was the most humiliating experience of my life. I also bought appliances for home delivery, and the delivery people refused to install the dishwasher, the oven was all scratched up and the delivery people damaged my walls, broke the

Matt and Sam were extremely helpful in ensuring I selected the correct fire alarm to keep my daycare facility compliant. They were kind, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the process.

Home Depot can always improve,... main issue is the lock of knowledge on their associates... and their lock of really doing work .. specially the crews Assigned to the floors ... Paint dept is always busy ... but the the rest good luck . Just my opinion.
