I had a positive experience during my recent visit to Home Depot. Miriam assisted me and was professional, respectful, and helpful in ensuring I found everything I needed. She also provided me with a letter containing additional information, though I was unsure how to access the link. I appreciate her assistance and wanted to share my thanks.

Updating to 1 star whish I could give 0, went in again for help with the "final" countertop that was delivered as it was bowing out from the 1" lip and left in tears im so frustrated. Cherie and Nour were always rude, Casey was at least very nice although here manager wouldn't allow her to help any further. They refunded us and wouldn't allow us to order another countertop so now I'm stuck with no working bathroom sink while I find another place I can order from that allows self installation because I can't afford to pay for install labor. Will never be returning to this homedepot location again and I highly advise anyone looking to do a remodel with countertops/cabinets to go elsewhere. Neither of these issues were our fault and they wouldn't correct a warpped countertop. Pictures attache

Whoever the guy was in aisle 19 this morning, about five minutes ago at 7:55 AM was very rude. I asked him what I was the whiteboards in instead of trying to correct the name and you knew what I was talking about. You should’ve just pointed me to the aisle instead of being such a smart ass that was not OK I’ve looked online. I knew exactly what I was looking for and that they had it in the store. It’s I’ve been all over TikTok and people have been using it for school. I knew that they had it. He kept trying to tell me they didn’t have whiteboards, but they pointed me to dry erase board that that’s the same thing instead of trying to correct the name or something just point me to the aisle that it’s in. Young male in the self check out aisle need to retrain on customer service. He lacks proper communication. Also If I needed you to scan my items, I would have went to regular check out. The man in the gardening section was very helpful in helping me locate items that I needed for my indoor garden.

Well stocked and they have great staff! Any issues with products they accept all returns. Clean store, knowledgeable staff, and they do have a decent outdoor section. Propane exchange station is located on the side and the price beats others in the near area.
