Sarah and Anna went above and beyond to help me! 3/3/2026 I arrived to pick up a special order garbage disposal to find the front door closed due to a broken fire sprinkler at the main entrance. (No fire!) Alarms were going off, and I was told my parts were in the cage being sprayed with water! I was directed to the garden entrance and made my way to customer service. Sarah greeted me, and I explained my predicament. She spoke to a friend, Anna, who braved the cold waterfall to collect my disposal! WOW! How easy would it have been for them to say 'can't', 'come back later', or 'not happening'? Instead, they helped. I was able to complete the job and make my customer smile. Thank you, Sarah and Anna!

I’m in this Home Depot pretty often, and it’s been consistently solid. The store’s clean, things are where they’re supposed to be, and the staff is actually helpful when you need something specific. They’ve had pretty much everything I’ve come in for—electrical parts, hardware, lighting, the random stuff you forget you need until you’re halfway through a project. The bathrooms are clean, which is appreciated when you’ve got kids with you, and the store is always well stocked and easy to get around. They’re also dog-friendly, which is a nice bonus, and my kids have done a few of their weekend craft activities and always had a good time. Overall, it’s just a dependable stop when you’re working on home repairs or projects.

I ordered a Traeger grill for my husband as a surprise. When I came to pick it up, I didn’t realize all that was needed to load it safely so I could drive it home. Raul, Leo, Vince, and Thomas all went above and beyond helping me. They not only helped me load it into the truck, but they also took extra time to ensure it was strapped in safely. They were beyond kind and willing to help someone who needed it! It is rare to receive this kind of service, which is why I wanted to take the time to leave this review (something I hardly ever do, good or bad)! These guys are awesome!

The Home Depot is a very good hardware store. I’m part of the Pro Referral program and have worked alongside ex-pro technicians and contractors, so I’m there often. Most of the time, I find some of the best prices available and the customer service is very good. The store is well organized, staff is helpful when needed, and it’s a great place to buy materials and tools. Overall, a reliable and solid experience every time.

I had a great experience at Home Depot thanks to Dylan and Natalie! They went above and beyond in the parking lot to help me load a large item into my car.
