Talk about turning lemons into lemonade. My delivery from this store came on time, but to where… who knows🤷‍♀️ I was in a bend. Here at my winter getaway without a car and I leave tomorrow morning. I needed some plumbing repair parts. I called the customer service line, they called the store said I’d get a call back. I didn’t receive a call. So I called the store and explained my situation to an associate who explained to Jeremy, the assistant manager. Jeremy brought the parts to me on his way home! He hand delivered the parts himself. Talk about going above and beyond. When a situation has gone south and someone goes above and beyond it really shows how much they care about their customers and their job. Thank you!!!!

I went into this The Home Depot for one thing: I was looking for plants to decorate my home. It took me a little while to find because they looked like they needed some help. I had to go inside to find what I was looking for. I found her, and she is beautiful. I bought a Swiss Cheese plant, she's part of the Monstera plant family. I love the basket that she came in. The price wasn't so bad, $30 for a small-sized plant, but I knew I was also paying for the basket.

Very important if having this oversized box delivered please stress to the associate to note on order direct to delivery service they must have a driver with a truck or larger size van not a car or smaller SUV, for it will delay your delivery. Home Depot is great about offering these awesome extended protection plans through Allstate. Here is the truth: you end up talking to someone in a foreign country who never seems to understand what the issue is. Then you are told that you must find a repairman to come provide a quote, pay up front for the repair, and then submit it for reimbursement. Such a completely false sense of security upon purchasing from Home Depot. Allstate is American. Hidden behind that name are many individuals who are not located in the 🇺🇸, do not understand the issue, but string you along until you become so sick of the games you simply buy another brand new dryer despite the current malfunctioning dryer being less than one year old.
