The Home Depot

The store itself is what you’d expect from Home Depot…organized, stocked, and consistent with the brand. No complaints there. The issue is the staff approachability. It often feels like you need to walk in knowing exactly what you’re looking for. When I do ask a question, the response can come across as dismissive, almost like I shouldn’t have asked in the first place. Instead of leaving feeling confident about my project, I sometimes leave feeling less sure than when I walked in. With how complex materials and parts can be today, customers rely on knowledgeable, approachable support.

We went in looking for moving blankets. We saw moving blankets for about $22.00 and some odd cents. These blankets were over priced and too thin. We found a higher quality moving blanket at a much lower price! Too bad a big box like The Home Depot values money over quality for moving blankets! Other than that we have been satisfied by every purchase so far at The Home Depot!

I got asked by 6 different employees if I needed help !! Yeah 6 WOW right. Things have changed here for sure ! Seams like they want to help you find whatever you’re looking for. It’s nice to have that back. Keep it up

I was in this store yesterday to get help with a large renovation project in my condominium in Richmond. The staff in the flooring and surrounding departments were so helpful and pleasant to work with that if I could I would give them 6 stars!! These folks worked together so well and they all pitched in to help me with my questions. Great experience in Short Pump Home Depot!
