The Home Depot

This home depot is merely ok , I came to the Paint desk several times this week and each time I often have to wait up to 10 minutes for customer service or a cashier to call someone which is ridiculous. Several items I came to purchase today were nowhere to be found in the store but showed in stock online . Also I don’t understand the point of the self checkout here if the cashiers will hound you and watch over you so harshly it’s honestly so invasive and if they want to utilize their cashiers just simply open the registers instead of having them basically work SELF checkout in that manner. However , there was a very friendly cashier there today when I came around 11:00 who was very helpful and knowledgeable who did not make me feel like i was going to steal the entire store or something

I absolutely love the selection of flowers and plants! I've been coming here a lot in the past few months to redo my flower beds in my front and backyard. The staff is so kind and friendly.

Bright and clean store. Helpful staff that pointed me to the right section saving me time looking for the things I needed. Very organized and aisles/departments are clearly labeled to guide you to the right place. Love the self-checkout registers that are so intuitive. They have free WiFi at the store to use with the Home Depot app. Ample parking outside. Though kinda out of the way, it’s worth a visit. After all, it’s Home Depot!

Waited 15 minutes while the service desk tried to page someone to the paint counter four (4) times. A nearby associate, who was talking on her cell phone the entire time, eventually came over - only to let me know that their color matching machine was not working and that someone needs to call IT. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to make that call or if someone else will, but I went to Lowe's instead. BTW, she never stopped talking on her phone while she was helping me or the customer behind me.

We recently visited the Gonzales location. We needed to purchase a portable air conditioner. Will and Christina were so helpful and thoughtful. We were greeted when we came into the store by employees. Christian offered assistance at the checkout. Will helped pickup the air conditioner and even bought it out and loaded it into our vehicle. We were very grateful on such a hot summer day.
