I visited this location a little over a week ago, but had to leave a review for the fantastic customer service and experience I had. Needing a tool to complete a job I went to the rental department and was immediately greeted by Cici. She was extremely helpful and even took the time to call multiple locations to try and track down the tool I needed. After dealing with a rude associate from another store over the phone Cici was able to confirm where to get the tool and even how to place it on hold as there is was only one location locally that had the tool. After the great service there I continued shopping and came upon Cynthia in the appliances department. She was such a happy and joyous soul. Although we barely talked about appliance she shared a life story and even showed compassion in

2025-Sept. Lots of parking, which makes shopping convenient. What really stood out was the customer service—every employee I passed asked if I needed help, but they did it in a way that was friendly and not hovering. It felt genuine and welcoming. Prices are fair, and the selection of options is great. Overall, an excellent shopping experience.

Love this store, love the lay out, love how its clean and always friendly and helpful people. The only thing that needs to change is putting someone who is not incompetent at the construction check out. I visit several home depots throughout colorado several times a week. Cashier Stacey lacks common sense. I have had SEVERAL incidents that confusion prevails over logic. Please please please put someone there that understands the job

Not only did I watch this kid run into a whole bunch of displays with this load on his way into the store and him and everyone else standing around laughing but before this trying to get anyone to help me look for garage lights. There's 20 employees standing around all over the store and no one came to help me. Someone said that they were on the way and then no one ever came. Even more pissed because I know the shit that kid damaged is going straight to the trash. I hate this store and I only have to go because I'm forced because my clients shop there.
