They went above and beyond to help me out, non-stop problem solving until we got everything sorted. They were super knowledgeable and got right to the point. I came in looking for a simple bulb. I was in a rush and wanted to be quick in and out. Angelo saw me focused in an isle and was proactive to offer me help. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient and helped me find what I was looking for. Thank you Angelo!!

Had a serious card issue with my mobile device a few minutes before closing. The front door Supervisor named Daniel took his time to attach my card so I could finalize my purchase! He went above and beyond and had patience with my situation. That is what makes him awesome, and keeps customers coming back to home depot. Appreciate you.

Steve in the service desk was just outstanding. He was so helpful and gracious. I had a little difficulty and he noticed, helped right away, and solved the problem and all with warm, sincere gentle kindness and a smile! He is best employee!!

Went to HD to get some shelving materials for a DIY project. The section had lots of choices, different height of rails, hinges and wood boards. Was very easy to pick them all up, no line at elf checkout, conveniently scanned all my items and was on my way. Instead of buying a shelf online, got to make exactly to my measurements for a cheaper cost. After finishing my project I had some extra items left. Went back to return the items with receipt. It was a simple process. Short line at return counter. Got my money back to my credit card.
