The Home Depot

Shopping here can feel like a full DIY experience, and not always in the way you want. It’s often hard to find someone on the floor for help, and when it comes time to pay, it can be just as tricky to find a staffed register. On my last visit, someone did help me locate the item I needed, which I appreciated. But I still ended up ringing everything up myself. At this rate, I’m joking that The Home Depot should name me employee of the month, I just haven’t seen the paycheck yet.

I had an excellent experience working with Kevin R. in the paint section at Home Depot. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the differences between products, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. His knowledge and customer care were outstanding. Definitely the kind of service that keeps me coming back!

This home depot offers a wide variety of home improvement products, including building materials, tools, gardening equipment, appliances, and home decor. The store layout is well-organized and easy to navigate, with clearly labeled sections for different categories of products. I came here to pick up dirt, and house plants. The prices here were very reasonable compared to other similar stores in the area. Due to how organized and well-kept this store is I was able to find what I needed as soon as I walked into the store. However, there was two bakers rack in the gardening section that had plants on it which smelled terrible! Oh my goodness, that corner smelled like pee. Not sure if it was bird poop since I saw 2 birds flying around in that area! I purchased two bags of soil, snake plant,

My son used to be assistant manager of the store there for many years and still shops there frequently so that's where I shop when I need something for all hardware needs as well. Customer service is Excellent Always!! The store isles are very wide and clean! 10 Star store. Easy parking in and out!
