Two failed refrigerators, and I am being asked to pay out of pocket for a third replacement appliance. I purchased a refrigerator through The Home Depot, Inc. (Store #2567, Hagerstown, MD). The delivered Frigidaire refrigerator experienced a compressor failure and was replaced once under warranty by Electrolux AB. The replacement unit later experienced a failure of the ice and water system while still within the warranty period. I have worked with store representatives, including Stephanie and store manager Trent, since January 12th to resolve this issue, and it remains unresolved. The resolution offered was a $450 reimbursement toward purchasing a new appliance. Honestly blown away at the kindness and hard work of some of the staff here. Our Christmas tree stand decided to crack this year, which we weren’t aware of until we had the tree set up and put water in it. 🙄 I spent all of Monday evening looking at multiple stores for a stand with no luck. Home Depot said they had several in stock, so 20 freaking minutes later I got there to find ONE left on the shelf WITHOUT hardware. I was defeated and stressed. A man named Trent, I believe (I’m awful with names, sorry.) & another staff member came to the rescue and went searching for the others. When they couldn’t find them, they got hardware from a smaller stand (worked perfectly by the way) and got me taken care of. Ray was phenomenal help today as my nincapoop self had no clue what I was doing. He was patient, kind and informative while I asked a bagillion questions. He is an asset to the Home Depot here in Hagerstown and the Hagerstown community. WTG!

I went in to pay on my credit card and it was busy but if your waiting on customer your attention should be on that customer not other ones i told the cashier what I wanted to pay they put in my balance witch took all my money out of my bank account all they could do is say I am sorry so I called my bank and filed a not notice with them customer service really bad at this store assistance manger said she call me back but no call hopefully I get my money back they said it the weekend so now I have to wait up to ten days RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER NOT HAVING THEM IN OTHER PEOPLE ISSUES I WILL NOT BE BACK I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SO HOPEFULLY MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT ON MONDAY LIKE I SAID RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES

Went on Black Friday and was dreading the crowds but to our surprise, they had staff in place and we were greeted throughout the store from multiple workers. We picked up an online order, had keys made and also grabbed some odds and ends. In and out within 1/2 hour and woulda been sooner if we weren’t busy goofing off. This store and crew did great and deserves a 5 star for their performance today!
