I had a great experience at the return desk at Home Depot store in Hamden CT thanks to Ashley. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional while helping me even though i wasn't returning anything. Ashley made my experience quick and stress-free, and she took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly. Customer service like hers really makes a difference. I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by Associate in store Customer Service Representative Lisa for several months. Lisa is extremely helpful, professional, and caring. My first experience with Ms. Lisa involved her troubleshooting and solving a problem that I encountered with an order. Since then she continues to exude the aforementioned attributes. Finally, it is worth noting that she always greets her customers with a glowing welcoming smile.

I visited this Home Depot paint department and had a great experience with the associate named Heaven. I needed a color made by Benjamin Moore, but the computer was giving her a hard time. Despite the challenges, she persisted and found a way to make the color I wanted. I would like to recognize her for her exceptional customer service, as not many young people these days go the extra mile to provide good service. thank you again, Haven.

I went in store to place a delivery order and mentioned that I may need to call back to increase it. The customer service rep said would not be a problem. I attempted to add an extra item over the phone within an hour of placing the initial order, and it took three phone calls just to make it through to a human. They told us they added the item but later called back to say that they could not process the order over the phone and we would need to come back in for them to run the card. When I spoke with them I received terrible customer service, and spoke with a rude customer representative. I asked to speak a manager and the staff refused to transfer me to them. I was told the manager will tell me the same thing that there is nothing they could do to help. I had to call back 15 times befor
