I went to Home Depot today to swap a couple of propane tanks. I dread doing it because it is always a hassle. I checked out with Caleb, and he told me that he would ring up the guy behind me, and meet me outside. I got the empty ones out of the car and carried them to the propane area, and Caleb was already there. He swapped my tanks, and offered to load them into my car. He is a real asset to Hone Depot, and that single experience showed me the kind of employee, and what kind of man he is. Props to Caleb! You make a difference!

Dear Home Depot Customer Service / Corporate Headquarters, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a deeply unsatisfactory experience with your online order and delivery service. On October 18, 2025, I placed an online order with Home Depot and paid an additional $35 for same-day delivery. The order never arrived. The following morning, I received an email notifying me that my order had been canceled without explanation. I called customer service and was told that the delivery was managed by a third-party service, and according to the notes, they had attempted to contact me.
