In the paint department, the associate Dane is knowledgeable, but his customer service skills are terrible. He needs to be coached on how to speak to customers and adjusting his attitude. He's extremely passive aggressive. If he doesn't like working in a customer service position, then he needs to find a different job. On the other hand, the associate Mike was very helpful, kind, and polite.

Customer service and same day delivery issues Very disappointed with Home Depot’s same-day delivery. My order was delivered to the wrong house by their third-party service, DoorDash, and I never received it. The only reason this was resolved at all is because—my items were dropped off at my grandmother’s friend’s house, and she reached out to let us know. After two days, Home Depot and DoorDash have done nothing to fix the issue. No replacement, no refund, no real help. Just a repeat if we will call you back!! I’m now picking up my order myself since they can’t seem to figure it out. I wouldn’t recommend using Home Depot’s same-day delivery service.

Struggle with customer service at this location. Most recently this store would not price match Best Buy for Nest doorbell/ camera. Even though Home Depot’s website clearly states they do match Best Buy. They saved $20 to potential lose thousands.

Well stocked, kind workers. The lady working the paint counter was pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms were clean.

Windows & Doors Department – I’ve had one of the most frustrating experiences with the Windows & Doors department at this Home Depot. I needed a custom deck door, and the process should have been straightforward: Home Depot came out to measure, but then lost the measurements. They came out again to measure, only to lose them again. When I learned they were running a 15% off sale, I tried to place the order in-store while the discount was still active. Unfortunately, the employees on duty didn’t know how to retrieve the order or process it correctly. I spent over 45 minutes in the store patiently waiting, only to leave without an order. On the final day of the sale, I returned again and encountered the exact same issue- employees were simply not trained to handle the order. The associat
