The Home Depot

I just wish they could get their shipping under wraps.... I've ordered a bunch of things for home improvements, as we all have. However, when you order something from this particular store, it seems that, every time it's delayed for ever. Mind you,the management has always made it a little less painful for the bad experiences, but it still doesn't get rid of the bad taste in your mouth.... oddly enough, I was in there today and I have always disliked their customer service, it always seemed like they have better things to do than help a customer. I literally had 3 associates ask me if I was finding what I needed before I had even needed help. I was taken back! Maybe they did a overhaul and are wanting to make it a better place to shop??? Our dog had an emergency vet visit today so we stopped by home depot to look at plants. There was a nice young lady named Ashley who helped my very distraught wife pick out plants while we waited. She also gave us advice on good sinks, and helped me find my fave charcoal. This girl was extremely helpful and even got us a cart. Our bad day is now better thanks to Ash, way to go!

The chairs on display were different from the ones in the warehouse. We then went outside to look at plants for the yard. And it was obvious no one was taking care of them. They were drooping from lack of water. So, where I enjoy the store for the most parts, thes r kind of items should be addressed.

We go there quite often. It has a great variety of things that you need. There are people of friendly and helpful. We have a go when she's working, she is absolutely amazing.Her name is shelley.

We just had two wonderful gentleman from Hermiston Home Depot deliver a new fridge and remove the old one. They were absolutely phenomenal. Kept us updated on when to expect them and arrived even earlier!! Awesome!! They were such pros in getting the old fridge out and new one in. Definitely would recommend their service!!!
