⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Customer Service Experience I would like to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by Alita and César at Home Depot. They were both extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. They took the time to listen to my needs, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. Their positive attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference and turned my visit into a great experience. Alita and César represent Home Depot with excellence, and it is clear they take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. They are a great asset to the team, and I hope their hard work and dedication are recognized by management.

I would like to take this time to give a big shout out to associate Trice in the flooring dept. She was very professional when she assisted me and my family today. She made our experience very pleasant. Because of her, I will definitely be back to this particular store. Her customer was above and beyond what was expected. If don’t want to spend all day in Home Depot looking around, just go into the store and ask for Cam… that kid knows everything, doesn’t matter if there is a language barrier he’s the only employee who makes a genuine effort to assist customers (from my experience), very patient and knowledgeable. Everyone else just kinda gives you the runaround, at times getting someone to help is like pulling teeth.

Quiet time of the day to make a quick stop for a return and to also shop for some cleaning items. Great & Helpful Staff. Multiple. Cash registers open. In & out within 5 - 6 minutes.

Terrible. I went to return a Moen shower set worth $229. Even though the receipt was over 90 days old, the manager offered no credit or warranty options. Furthermore, he claimed I had purchased it at another Home Depot, specifically the one on Biscayne Blvd., which is incorrect and shows he never even looked at the receipt and was simply going by his own judgment, without considering the customer's perspective.
