The Home Depot

This is a great location. The people working are very pleasant and they all say hi and ask how you are as you walk through. Everything was very clean and organized. I went for house plants and it was nice to see how healthy their plants are compared to other stores that sell them. They have a good selection of tool boxes as well. Everyone looked very busy but still made the time to be kind and let us know they were there if we needed help. Cant wait for spring to see their outdoor garden section selection!

One star is too many. I came in Sunday to place an order for tools that were needed for a job almost 1500$ waited in the store for over an hour trying to order them. Only was able to order half of what I needed. Came back later that day to finish the order and waited another hour only to be told they couldn’t complete the order for some reason. So I had to spend another whole hour on the phone to finally complete the order. So after three hours of time spent in the store and on the phone I finally had my 7 items ordered. So I thought… when my order finally came in I was missing one of three battery’s I ordered. I then called to let them know I had an item missing from the order I was told after 30 minutes I had to go to the store and return the items I had ordered , and then re order them

Absolute best place to get paint. I worked with an employee named Dakota, who was incredibly patient while helping me mix a custom color. Even after several small changes, he stayed positive and genuinely excited to see the final result. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was being a bother. Highly recommend.

I traveled 30 min to this store because they use to have the best Christmas decors every year. This year it’s not the case. Worse Christmas option ever. Christmas trees are like someone having a bad day try to install them. I love Home Depot over other stores, please don’t disappoint my kids again with another poor setup.

I ordered a snow shovel from them. It was to be delivered today. After numerous calls I just found out it won’t be delivered. The storm is coming tomorrow and not a store has a shovel to purchase. Thanks a lot Home Depot. You put my safety in jeopardy.
