Outstanding Customer Service at Home Depot – Hiram Store I had one of my best experiences ever at the Home Depot Hiram location. I originally went in looking for a few items but ended up checking out outdoor grills. That’s when I met America at the customer service desk, and she truly made all the difference. America was the most polite and professional associate I’ve spoken to at the store. Her willingness to go above and beyond to help was phenomenal. She patiently answered all my questions, provided knowledgeable guidance, and made sure I had every detail I needed before making a decision. I can’t believe the leafjoy® finds at The Home Depot today!! 🌱🙌 Scored a Doc Block anthurium (total unicorn plant 🦄✨) AND grabbed a handful of H2O bowls. These plants are absolutely stunning—so fresh, healthy, and unique. I’m honestly blown away every time I see leafjoy in stores… it’s like a plant lover’s treasure hunt and I hit the jackpot!

I had a great experience at the Hiram Home Depot in Georgia thanks to an employee named America. I purchased a tool chest and later realized I was given a 52-inch instead of the 61-inch I paid for. I brought it back to the store about 10 minutes before closing, already frustrated because of how heavy and inconvenient it was. America was incredibly patient, polite, and professional. She handled everything calmly and made the process easy. She arranged for the correct tool chest to be delivered to my house at no extra cost, and everything worked out great. It was refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, especially late in the evening. Thank you, America!
