Highly Recommend! I placed an online order today that I needed a bit of help with . Vernon was an incredible help . He did not just point to where I needed to go he walked me to the items I needed and made sure I had all the tools I needed for the task I was completing today at my home . Kudos to Vernon ! Home Depot is lucky to have him as an employee!

Ryan from paint was the best person for the job to help us! We had no clue what we were doing as it is our first home. Ryan walked us through everything and helped us out with all our questions. Will def Be coming back to use him and his expertise again

I recently placed an online order for several items needed for a bathroom renovation. Some of the merchandise was scheduled for delivery from the Howell, NJ Home Depot location. The delivery team arrived on time and brought everything as expected. One item had minor damage, and I requested a replacement. The Howell team responded promptly and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. I understand that things happen—and I truly appreciate how professionally and efficiently it was handled. Special thanks to Melissa for her outstanding support. Her kindness and follow-through made all the difference. Thank you very much—I love Home Depot!

Basically a second home at this point. Have to say that the customer service both on the floor and at the pro desk is very knowledgable and willing to always help. Never had any incidents here where I couldn’t get help with an item or an order. This is my preferred Home Depot, if you live in the area and need guidance or help with a DIY home project, this depot is the one you should go too first!

Do not purchase carpet from here. About 2 weeks ago I went into the Home Depot in Howell for carpet stair runners. They told me they needed measurements and so I got the measurements for it. Then I had to go to the store to pick out the carpet. They made me put down 98% deposit ($1,150) which I agreed to and then I would owe $85 once the carpet was done. Two days later I received a call that the carpet was discontinued. Which is fine, I went into to the store to pick out another carpet but half the carpets that were on displayed was discontinued and they did not have a variety of dark colored carpet in stock, which was what I was looking for. I asked them to cancel my order since I did not want the other carpets that were in stock. It's been over a week later and they still have not refund
