This place has everything! Helpful staff too! I was in from Australia and I was happy to see a large selection of Schluter waterproofing membranes and accessories. Lots of things unavailable in Australia. I'm confident my new shower isn't going to leak!

Returns are easy, and the plant selection is great. I shop here every week, sometimes twice a week, so I genuinely enjoy coming in. However, finding help on the floor is very difficult. When I need assistance, there’s often no one around. And when I do see staff, they’re sometimes on their phones or chatting with each other instead of helping customers. This location is usually not very busy compared to other Home Depots, so it’s frustrating that assistance is still hard to find. I would really appreciate more staff presence in the aisles and stronger supervision from management. Customers shouldn’t have to go to the register just to get basic help.

During my initial visit to the Jericho location, I was consistently impressed by the exceptional customer service. On three separate occasions while navigating the aisles, a Home Depot employee proactively greeted me, offered assistance, and expressed gratitude for my patronage. Approaching closing time, I proceeded to the self-checkout with over ten items, including various loose hardware components such as hex bolts, washers, and nuts. I was once again greeted, and the sales cashier, Yaritza, graciously offered to scan my items, thereby expediting the checkout process. She also extended a thank you for shopping at The Home Depot. I wanted to share this positive experience.

These people are creepy. They are tracking you in there stores. After shopping here they called me up on my personal number telling me "oh you forgot to use a coupon". They Had my Review removed!!!! The have fraud protection with full "facemasks" following you if you spend more than 2 minutes trying to figuire out what you need. This is what happens when these corporaions elliminate all competition. Do not expect "Thank you, Have a Nice Day", Expect smirky comments and Suspicious looks. And it does not matter how much you spend in their store, $50,000 a year is nothing to them, they do not care, you still will not get a thank you.

I’ll be honest, I been coming to this Home Depot for a good while. My experience before was always vanilla. In and out and if you find an employee great if not then doesn’t matter. Recently shopped there and woow I was amazed by how many times I got stopped by an employee wanting to help me! Really felt super rare an employee from Home Depot coming to you and asking you if you need help! Had to write this review because I’m still stunned from my recent experience from this place. Will for sure come again!
