The Home Depot

Did an order online. Super easy. Fast delivery date but I happened to be driving past Keller Home Depot and decided to pick up my order instead. Were very accommodating and I left with the products. Before the scheduled delivery, they called me to make sure I had picked up my order. Awesome conversation with customer service. Compared to all the available supply stores, my family prefers the Keller Home Depot, especially due to the customer service, reasonable prices, and professional employees. HIGHLY recommend the Keller Home Depot.

Great customer service. Everytime I enter( which is twice or more weekly) someone is always in the front to greet customers. The store is always neat, clean and well stocked. The bathroom is always clean and has toilet paper well stocked. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Unlike several Home Depot I often visit, staff members can't be located or they walk pass without asking, "do you need help to locate what you're looking for?" I love this location🥳 I'm big on customer service, especially when I'm spending my hard earned $ and frequent often. Hats off to the staff here. Good job👏🏾🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am just wondering when Bermuda sod will be available… I called and the kid said, “I don’t know I’m new.” And “I can’t find out because I’m under 18….” ?!?!Maybe train your employees so they feel confident answering the phone. I asked for his supervisor not to say anything negative just to ask about WHEN THE SOD WOULD BE IN SEASON. He said okay I’ll call you back and hung up…. Didn’t take my number or anything. This doesn’t look bad on him but it is a horrible look for their training department.

I had a great experience at the Keller Home Depot today and wanted to share. Natalia was amazing in helping me with an order. She was kind and professional. She added value by assisting me in signing up for the Pro Xtra loyalty program which provides special perks. She is an asset to Home Depot and is an example of wonderful customer service!!

Item shows online as in stock at this store, but it's not. Nobody around to help. Self checkout only, which should mean that you have people around ready to help, except that didn't happen either. Needed to void something off my transaction, again nobody around to help, except really there were 3 men standing and talking in uniform, one woman in uniform said outloud "you don't see me" assuming she's on break and speaking to her coworkers that were just standing and talking. I left everything at the register and will buy elsewhere.
