I have been taking my son to the... home depot kids workshop and all the parents who are going to have a good time but I have noticed that the place where it is done is a little uncomfortable because depending on the weather it is not very pleasant when there is a lot of heat, cold and rain it is not very pleasant if they can do it inside the place as in other places I think it would improve the experience of the children who are going to do the activity. Michael at Home Depot was the only one who I could find working. He had a line of people waiting to ask him for help, so I continued my search. After walking the entire store twice, I went back to Michael. Even after helping several other customers, he was more than willing to assist. To make this even more of a inconvenience, I wanted a very heavy $1,200.00 generator that was on a top shelf. Michael was able to help and did so with a smile. As a small business owner, I know it's hard to find good employees. Home Depot needs to secure this individual. Hey Michael - If HD does not work out, let me know - plumbing makes decent money!

Haven't been in this store for 2 years after extremely poor customer service. We swore off ever returning. But found a store=credit card when cleaning out an old drawer so decided to use the good sized balance left on the card. The grieff we got wasn't worth the amount of money remaining. Spray paint display behind locked cage. sign says "SCAN QR Code for assistance." What if I don't have a cell phone? How ignorant to assume all shoppers have the same device. Wife scans but we wait and we wait and we wait some more. Finally she has to go track down an employee. But he was already busy with other customers. Finally a woman employee showed up but she had to fumble with the combination lock so I just had to wait and wait some more. I needed two different colors and wouldn't you know it,

I was shopping at this store in August for a Ryobi item and the Masterbuilt bbq trailer just happened to be there. It was quite the display but the best part was the smoked brisket which was by far the best I have had in years. Grill can also be used for steaks and the model I saw has a flat top option. Masterbuilt guy was super friendly and I told him he should be selling this by the pound...lol

Protect Augustus at all costs! We had the best experience in the paint department today. I have never had so much fun getting a couple of simple paint samples. Augustus turned something so basic into the highlight of our day. My best friend, her kids, and I left laughing and smiling. Home Depot — give this man a substantial raise and Employee of the Month! He absolutely deserves it.
