Nick From, plumbing and hardware was super helpful when I went in I found everything I needed but had to snag one more item turns out it was locked up upfront. I pulled Neck to the side and asked if he could help me out he then went all the way to the front of the store to unlock the cameras for me and proceeded to walk it to the other end of the store in the garden section where I was parked. This man took the time had patience with me and did the diligence in helping me figure out which camera was going to be a better fit. I was beyond pleased with this location.

I am hoping that someone answers this review, because no one will answer the phone at this store in Lake City, FL. Three times, three, I have driven 50 miles one way to purchase something I needed right away. Three times, the items appeared on the website in multiple quantities, I would immediately hop the car and drive to HD. I get there, THREE separate occasions and the item is not in stock. This morning, the items I needed are STILL listed on your website as 19 in stock, yet we confirmed on the floor in your store with an employee that there aren't any in stock. She was helpful and looked EVERYWHERE for them and even enlisted another employee to assist her. Help is great there but their hands are tied by the electronic system you provide. They are absolutely the slowest rental department I have ever seen at HD. I’m a contractor and my time is important to me but not to lake city rentals.

Al was very helpful with some tips on items to use for something we were building. Definitely helped us work smarter, not harder, which enabled a faster, more secure project build. Several others helped us locate certain other items, prior to chatting with Al. Great, helpful employees at this location, which is not the case at other locations.
