Ao nice and polite the absolute perfect customer service rep I have ever seen. I use to work at Lowes and if I could have had 9 of her on my customer service staff, We'd be amazing! This is one of the Home Depot that I noticed that has subpar Customer Service in their Nursery. I have had subpar customer service for over the past several of months. Recently, I visited the store, paid for items and had to bag them myself. The cashier asked, "oh I didn't know you wanted them bagged", he did not make an effort to assist. Hmm, great customer service asks "would you like your items bagged". Only at Walmart and Target where there is no cashier is where one pays for their items and bag them. The training of new employees training should consist of demostrating, monitoring great customer service, until it is mastered at a specific level. In contrast, I visited the store in Casselberry, FL. Great customer service, assistance, and the employees were very friendly.

Steve N. was EXTREMELY sweet. he helped me for about 45 mins outside in the COLD all because i was trying to buy pots and plants. i’ve never done it before and had 0 experience with it. he was nice enough to show me ALL the options and the details about everything. you need help- TALK TO STEVE. Carlo, the manager was extremely nice, professional, and understanding. amazing customer service. 🙌🏼

Shawn Fraser helped me extremely well at Home Depot. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain my options and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service—Home Depot is lucky to have him!
