The Home Depot

My husband and I needed to replace some lights in our home and were struggling to find the right size. We were greeted by a very helpful associate named RAM. He was able to identify the lights we needed and found them for us in less than two minutes. Not only did he save us from leaving empty handed, he jumped in to help without us having to ask. Ram is the type of employee all retail companies need and LW Home Depot is lucky to have him. Thank you Ram.

Clean and well stocked. I go here all the time. Only had one issue, that was yesterday. I needed to get a 12' 2x8 cut in half and the lady at the pro desk said everyone was out for lunch for the next half hour. I was a little frustrated so i grabbed a couple other things i needed and was walking to the register when i seen another employee and asked him about getting the board cut. His response was " I can do it right now!" So the trip turned out a success after all. Thanks to him.

I gave a 4 which really should be a 1 due to the most disgusting place I’ve witnessed and I’m referring to the garden center which has cobwebs all over the top with all kinds of bugs in I was so repulsed by what I saw. Employees are working in that type of environment??? I wanted to leave but due to time constraints I had today I stayed and shopped, but never again. The top of the cover in the garden is so filthy/dirty it made my stomach turn. Unbelievable! On another note, I did have some nice people to like Diane from garden who assisted me with something in garden and when asking about another item, she literally walked me over to the department and proceeded to assist me. Whenever I go to this store everyone is always friendly and professional. It's crazy that I always end up finding something that I didn't know I "needed" (wanted) lol. Great prices too! It's my local Home Depot. Look at these plants! They are healthy and adorable.

My two sons wanted to do the kids workshop activity for this month which was a haunted house candy box. I registered both of them online a week before the date was for the workshop. When the day arrived for the workshop, my two boys ended up getting sick and could not go. So, I thought I’d just stop in myself and pick up the activity and bring it home for them to do. As I talked to the employee at the workshop check in, she absolutely refused to let me have 2 of the kits for my boys even though I told her the situation and showed her my registration email where I reserved 2 kits. Since they were not physically present with me, I was not allowed to have the kits and was told I’d have to come back at a later time and see if any were left over after the workshop was done. This did not sit wel
