I had a great experience when I needed help because I didn't know what I needed/wanted and was nervous about making the wrong purchase the associate took time to explain the difference even when I offered to Google it so they could keep working.

I purchased my kitchen counter tops from Home Depot South Lakeland they in turn contracted Distinctive Surfaces of Florida (DSF) to install them. This past weekend one of the counter tops just collapsed and dropped approx 1 1/2" and came to rest on top of the base cabinet and drawers. I contacted Home Depot explained the problem they in turn contacted DSF. Shari at DSF contacted me arranged to send out a Tech, the Tech came out repaired the countertop and all is well. The countertop broke on Saturday I contacted Home Depot on Monday. DSF came out on Tuesday and repaired the countertop. That is just great customer service from both. Oh, did I mention that the countertops had been installed 11 years ago (eleven). Think about that 11 years ago, Both Home Depot and DSF handled my problem as if

Customer service was amazing ta drill I bought was priced wrong. The cashier honored the price without hesitation and I didn't expect that she was so nice and helpful so was the gentleman who cut a piece of plywood for me really appreciated there help it's nice to meet good people in the world I will definitely be making that home Depot I always go to yes any?
