If you need help with something, good luck. You're more likely to get approached by a third party salesperson than an actual Home Depot employee. It seems like all the employees congregate in the self checkout area, where they won't let you scan your own items despite it being SELF checkout. They really should assign more employees to the departments where they are needed. It would also be really nice if customers could shop without being cornered by relentless sales people.

Genuine customer care can be hard to come by these days, especially at busy warehouse stores. However, BRYAN is wonderful! Somehow we have visited this store probably five times in a row and EVERY TIME Bryan seems to find us. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and amazingly helpful! We finally stopped management at one point to compliment him. If you are lucky to run into Bryan, he’s your guy. Give this guy a raise!

he store is well-organized, and the aisles are easy to navigate. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help with questions or advice, which made finding what I needed much easier. Prices are reasonable, and they have a wide selection of tools, materials, and home improvement products. Overall, a reliable spot for DIY projects and professional needs alike!

I bought some plants from Lowe's and then went to Home Depot, I regret buying the plants at Lowe's lol. Home Depot had better, fuller looking plants and better taken care of. Bought $500 worth of vegetable plants and Flower plants, planting soil as well.

Stop profiling your customers!! I don’t need you to scan every single item in my cart when I have chosen self checkout! I don’t want to interact with you. That is why I chose SELF CHECKOUT!!! Even after I told the lady that I didn’t want her to scan my order, she ignored my request and kept going. It really annoyed me. Especially when she was not scanning anyone else’s orders and they never help on the floor where they are really needed.
