The Home Depot

This is the worse location. Waited 20 plus minutes and 4 pages to have a board cut for a employee to tell me the person was on lunch. What kind of leadership only schedules one person for lumber? Asked another employee the Mgr on duty name and they didn’t know. Multiple customers needing help in lumber and no one to help!! I’m all for taking a lunch but at least have a backup.

Felishia Johnson was so helpful that I can’t not leave her a 5 star review! She was so nice and offered to help me find all the items that I was looking for. I only wished everybody was that great at customer service. Felicia you went above and beyond and I thank you for that. You are amazing!

I have had nothing but issues with this store 8976 Home Depot the store manager Carmen is never available when issues are escalated. Always in meetings. The front managers Dominic will lie just to get you off the phone or out the store. Customer service answers the phone horribly. Talks aggressively over the phone. Wait hours in store for managers to approach the issue. I lost vendor delivery fee and vendor time for being available and the Home Depot held the vendor up(12/20) I lost time off job to stand in the store after 12/19/24 coming to check out and prepay for my order and vendor delivery cost. We came to this location 05/23/25 after scouting online and others stores for a Gas Powered weed eater. Continuously seeing only electric and things out of our price range, we sought help from Gloria. She is quick to help, knowledgeable about her product, and truly seems to love her job. She helped us the entire way through. Finding a gas powered weed eater, extra line and premixed oil/gas. We really value the quality service and attentiveness she gave us. Will definitely be shopping at this Home Depot only. Also, a few months prior, I had issues getting help with a sink and waited around for over 40 minutes until I ran into Tammy. How one employee can make you switch which store you support... but first let's thank *Chris* (in appliances/refrigerators) for awesome customer service. He was knowledgeable and polite! Then we have BIGGG **Elantra** (biggg, referring to her heart and the help she gave because when I told her what me and my mother had just experienced in the appliance section of this Lancaster Tx store, she did ever thing she could do to help) she clearly- loves her job.
