I’m giving this Home Depot 5 stars only because of Angy, who went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. She was polite, professional, and truly understood how the system works. Without her help, this would have been a 1-star experience. When I first arrived, I had an issue with an in-store clearance price that was showing on the website but not at checkout. I approached two ladies at the register (an African American woman with short hair and another who mentioned she was a manager, possibly named Kim). Unfortunately, both were very rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me or even checking the issue, they simply said “it is what it is” and refused to honor the listed price. Shapour at the Lawrenceville GA Home Depot is a wonder. I couldn't find an item the website showed as In Stock and asked for assistance. It wasn't on display so he checked by the SKU and found it still boxed an aisle over and stored up near the ceiling! He got the elevator thing, closed off the aisle, got the shipping box and handed over the item. Thank you, Shapour! Give that guy a raise!

Do not come to this location. Their point of sale credit machines are stealing money. I went in one morning to exchange 3 water bottles. 1st register I went to the machine froze after I inserted my debit card. They then sent me to a self checkout register. Same thing happened at 2 other registers. Finally it worked on the 4th register. I was told since no receipt was printed that I wasn’t charged. Checked later that night and saw 12 charges for $300. Was told I should have the money back in 1-2 days, well 1 week later and they still have my money. About to file a police report and lawsuit. Just a heads up.

I desperately needed help finding a suitable part for my electrical DIY project on 1/22/26. Sarah and Kenny at this Home Depot location were my rescue; without their willingness and expertise, I would not have gotten the project done! Friendliest staff at the Lawrenceville Home Depot. Everyone is very happy and friendly haven’t had any issues shopping here. They really get into the Christmas spirit around here too. Always stocked and always ready to help you find that specific thing you can’t name but have a picture of. lol. And they keep the store very nice and clean.
