This is the worst home depot ever, wdym a whole pregnant woman asking for help to load some drywall have to ask another CUSTOMER to help her even if there are a lot of workers just having a conversation with each other hanging out and all that, Mind you that pregnant women is a regular home depot customer. is embarrassing having 4-5 workers at the same department just walking around the store, being rude to customers, This is incredible, Last time i went the girl that was doing a phone sale for me was acting weird, giving me rude faces like girl you getting paid, hello? why would you apply to a customer service job if you don’t like being nice, When i was loading up my truck there was a whole guy just standing and staring, when i made visual contact with him he knew i was going to ask for

Both BAD and GREAT experiences depending upon employee, so 2.5 stars overall. I ordered flooring for pickup. Email received today ~2PM said explicitly, "An associate has finished fulfilling your order! Bring your photo ID to 1889 Deerfield Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036 and pick it up from the customer service desk." Upon arrival ~7PM I went to desk as instructed and the individual there called for associate #1 to retrieve it. Associate #1 said that my order was, "... still on truck and could not be accessed due to other product in the way. Come back tomorrow to get it." What? I went back to desk to explain that it is TERRIBLE customer service to send me an email instructing me my order is ready for pick up only to say to the contrary upon arrival. This Home Depot has always been great. Today was the same. We went in to buy a zero turn mower and Dean from the garden center helped us out. He was so knowledgeable and helped us a ton. He was friendly and caring and really made our experience a wonderful one. If you ever need help with anything, I highly recommend Dean. Thanks again!

On an item online on clearance and was able to see that it was in stock. I arrived at the store it was quick in quick out and able to find exactly what I wanted quickly.
